- Drafting and safekeeping of wills; these services are provided free of charge subject to the nomination of CMV Trust as your Executor
- Administration of Deceased Estates (as Executor or Agent of Executor)
- Drafting of Family Trust Deeds
- Amendments to a Trustees or the Trust Deed
