PAYROLL SERVICES

The following are details of the Payroll Outsourcing Service we offer:

• We process monthly payroll and calculate all PAYE, UIF and development levies via SARS E-filing.
• We prepare pay slips that can be either e-mailed to individual staff, followed by a password for each staff member. Another option, we can email pay slips to the manager, i.e you, to forward to individual staff.
• We send all salary reports by e-mail to you for approval
• We undertake the submission and payment of all PAYE, UIF and skills development levies via e-filing facilatate of SARS. The payment will be a direct debit to your bank account.
• At year end we will be able to produce IRP5 certificates for all staff and other annual returns.
